Who Is This For
"For the one who smiles through the hurt. Who says 'I am fine' when they are falling apart. Who has spent years becoming who everyone else needed them to be."
These teachings are not a course. They are not a system. They are quiet reflections from four decades of stillness — shared now because the world needs them more than silence does. If you found this page, perhaps it was not by accident.
What You Will Receive
One arrives each day for seven days. Short enough to hold. Heavy enough to stay with you.
Teaching I
The Mask You Have Been Wearing
On the years spent becoming who others needed. And what is still waiting beneath that.
Teaching II
What the Body Already Knows
Your body has been telling you the truth for years. This teaches you to finally hear it.
Teaching III
The Apology That May Never Come
On forgiveness. Not for them. For you, so you can stop waiting and begin living.
Teaching IV
The Story You Keep Telling
The most important story in your life is the one you tell yourself about yourself.
Teaching V
The People Who Drain You
On quietly protecting your energy without guilt, without explanation, without war.
Teaching VI
Sitting With Yourself
One hour of silence. What lives on the other side of the discomfort will surprise you.
Teaching VII
The Return Home
You were never broken. Only wandering. This is the teaching that brings you back.
I once sat on a mountain for eleven days with nothing but water and silence. On the eighth day, I felt completely empty. And in that emptiness — for the first time in my life — I felt free.
— Baba Rudranath, From the Himalayan Teachings
Before you decide
Deliver the seven teachings, one each morning for a week. After that, an occasional quiet reflection when I have something worth saying. Nothing more.
Your email will never be sold, rented, or shared. It is held securely in MailerLite, a reputable email service.
Seven daily emails for the first week. After that — perhaps once a week, perhaps less. I will not crowd your inbox. If anything, you may feel I write too rarely.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You may leave at any moment, with no explanation required. Your leaving will not offend me.
Not every teaching is for every reader. If this one is not for you, you will know, and you may go in peace.
No cost. No catch. The seven teachings are free.
If, after the seven days, you wish to read further — a longer book exists, offered at a small price. I will mention it once, gently, and never again. You are not obliged to it. The seven teachings stand on their own.
I am a voice, a face, and a teaching. Whether the hand that writes the words matters less, perhaps, than whether the words reach you. I will let you decide.
What I can say honestly: nothing in the teachings was invented. They have been lived, one way or another, by many people across many centuries. If they reach you, the credit belongs to the ones who walked the path before either of us.
It will arrive quietly. Like all things worth keeping.
The teaching is on its way to you.
May it find you at the right moment.
